Your child will explore a science-based path to handle any kind negative stress.

  • The program offers a variety of quick and powerful breath patterns and each week your child will  practice a set of exercises and *know how* to increase oxygen delivery to the brain, aiding in focus, relaxation, alertness and intelligence.
  • The techniques also work as pain control (Headaches, backpains, neckpains, sleeping problems etc) and has the ability to increase a person’s endurance.
  • You child will learn to master a well researched 12 minute meditation (Nobel Prize winner Elizabeth Blackburn, 2009) to support their concentration, creativity and dicipline through out life.
  • They'll find out how being aware of their thoughts, feelings, and physical sensations in the moment, can help them to balance their emotions and stay cool.
  • The workbook-activities allow for your child's exploration and understanding of stress and the role stress and stressors have in life, such as activities that focus on building social skills, communication and relationship development.  
  • In a state of relaxation, we'll work on removing any mental blocks and stress holding her/him back in stressful situations. All techniques and practices can be applied anytime and anywhere for relaxation, focus and increased well-being and does not require any special equipment
  • As parent you are free to join the practice with your child at any time at no extra cost.
