During this 12 hours of this course you  will get to explore and try a science-based path to handle different kinds of negative stress - Mental, Emotional & Mental.

 

  • The program offers a variety of quick and powerful breath patterns, meditations, movements, and *know how's* to increase oxygen delivery to the brain, aiding in focus, relaxation, alertness and intelligence. These techniques and practices also work as pain control and has the ability to increase a person’s endurance.

 

  • The workbook-activities and discussions in this course allows for the our personal exploration and understanding of physical, emotional and mental stress and the role stress and tension have in life. Participants learn how being aware of their thoughts, feelings, and physical sensations in the moment, can help us to balance our emotions and stay cool. You get to learn many secrets to become better at managing any negative stress reaction connected to any kind of performance (to be used at that golf swing, medical appointment or speech!).

 

  • During the course you both will get hands-on experience from science-based technology proving to us how breath patterns, mental and emotional focus help us reduce stress and anxiety and increase our inner balance and self-security. You'll get to experience real-time HRV feedback (Measure of your own heart rate variability and coherence level during live sessions) with HeartMath EmWave and InBalance Software and see the real time changes on the screen as you apply the techniques you learn in this Exhale Course.

  • During the course you will learn the practice of the incredible and powerful meditation technique Kirtan Kriya reserached on by Nobel Prize Winner Dr. Elizabeth Blackburn. In 2009, Elizabeth Blackburn, from the University of California San Francisco, acceped the Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine from Swedish King Carl XVI Gustaf, at the Concert Hall in Stockholm, Sweden, for her discovery of the protective caps on chromosomes called “telomeres.” Amongst other studies Dr. Blackburn and team conducted a study at UCLA with a group of caregivers participating in the chanting meditation called Kirtan Kriya for just 12 minutes day, for eight weeks. They compared this group with another group that listened to relaxing music. The Kirtan Kriya - meditation group showed a 43% increase in telomerase activity compared to the group that listened to relaxing music. Having long telomeres shows improved cognitive ability, less negative thoughts, better feeling of purpose of life, improved mindfulness, improved overall health and a longer lfie.     The Connection Practice teaches a skill that unites your empathy and insight for accelerated growth. Empathy is attained through a conscious connection to feelings and needs, and insight is accessed through heart-brain coherence. The synergy in this partnership maximizes your social and emotional intelligence, builds resilience, and enhances performance. Scientific research shows that violent reactions can occur when we are triggered by emotional memories. The amygdala, the part of the brain that holds emotional memories, can trigger stress, fear or a fight response faster than we can think. Based on past information and situations, it can keep us trapped in negative emotional patterns that can lead to health challenges and violence.

     

    The Connection Practice calms the reactions of the amygdala. Through the Connection Practice, you will learn to:
